Included in the program is a complete analysis of your current state of health so that I can determine the root cause of your hormonal imbalance. As a trained Ayurvedic Practitioner I can determine the root cause of your hormonal imbalance through Ayurvedic tongue, skin, eyes, hair and body analysis along with an in-depth Health and Wellness Questionnaire. 

Ayurveda has had tremendous success in helping women move through perimenopause and menopause symptom free. Determining the root cause of your symptoms and state of imbalance is the key to living a life full of vitality, ease and vibrant health!

Once I have determined the root cause of your hormonal imbalance, you will receive your own personal food list of all the foods to eat during the 6 month program and foods to avoid for the 6 months. This personal list is based on the information in your in-depth Health and Wellness Questionnaire along with the Ayurvedic tongue, skin, eyes, hair and body analysis. It’s such a relief to finally have a clear and personal holistic health plan that will bring you back into a state of balance both physically and emotionally.
